Recently, I attended the Azusa Now event in Los Angeles, California. It was almost 16 hours of pure worship, prayer, and heaven on earth in a coliseum filled with over 90,000 people. Hearing that many people sing praises to our King and intercede for every nation/people group was exhilarating. In the end, one of the most impactful moments was standing on the field and singing the lyrics:
“Your praise will ever be on my lips…You will be praised with the angels and saints singing worthy are you Lord…Your praise will ever be on my lips!” (Kalley Heiligenthal, Ever BeBethel Music. We Will Not Be Shaken, 2015).
His praise will EVER BE on our lips! The praises of His name and the spirit of His revival will ever be proclaimed on our lips! What a concept to behold! This isn’t a new concept though. David understood this and lived it well as we read in the Psalms. David ends the 150 chapter long book of the Bible with pure exultation of praise.

“Hallelujah!
Praise God in his holy house of worship,
praise him under the open skies;
Praise him for his acts of power,
praise him for his magnificent greatness;
Praise with a blast on the trumpet,
praise by strumming soft strings;
Praise him with castanets and dance,
praise him with banjo and flute;
Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum,
praise him with fiddles and mandolin.
Let every living, breathing creature praise God!
Hallelujah!”

(Psalm 150, Message Bible, Eugene H. Peterson, 2002).

With a simple and daily exultation and exaltation of praise to Him, we can be sure that the spirit of revival will rest upon us wherever we go. We will carry it and share it with all those we encounter by simply keeping His praise ever on our lips. Revival is here my friends! It is now! It will ever be on our lips!
